"Box looked like it lost a fight"
The tools themselves seem fine, so I guess that’s the important part, but the box showed up completely crushed. it kind of felt like they just hoped I wouldn’t care as long as the tools weren’t broken. Packaging was a mess and definitely could’ve been better.

"Ratchet wore out way too soon"
I picked up this Capri Tools ratchet set figuring it would be fine for normal garage stuff, but the 3/8 ratchet started slipping after just a few small jobs. I wasn’t leaning on it or using it on anything seized up, so it was disappointing to have it feel loose that quickly.

The sockets seem okay, but the ratchet is kind of the main reason I bought the set. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help and basically getting the usual policy excuse instead of an easy fix. I expected it to last more than a couple weekends, so I wouldn’t buy this one again.

"Socket cracked after one use"
I used the socket once and it cracked right away, which was frustrating. I tried looking into getting help, but dealing with the usual automated system just made me more annoyed. I’d rather talk to an actual person when something breaks this fast. Definitely not buying these again

"Not great to hold"
I wanted to like these, but the handles just aren’t comfortable. After a short time, they start hurting my hand. Kind of disappointing

"Return was such a hassle"
Trying to return my order was way more confusing than it should’ve been. Slow process. Too many steps. just not worth the hassle for me...

"Recent warranty hassle changed my mind"
I liked the ratchet when I first got it, but my most recent experience with their warranty support really soured me on the brand. The ratchet broke, so I reached out thinking it would be straightforward. Instead, it took days just to hear back, and then they kept asking for more photos and extra proof. After a while it felt like they were just hoping I’d get frustrated and drop it. Maybe the tool was fine at first, but after dealing with this recently, it’s hard for me to want to buy from them again

"Using the website was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
I was just trying to place a simple order, but the website made the whole thing a hassle. Pages were loading really slowly, and then checkout kept freezing right when I thought I was almost done. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a stressful process just to buy something.

"The shipping took forever"
I ordered it thinking it would show up fast, but it just sat there for days with no real update. By the time it finally arrived, it was way later than I expected. the whole thing was a hassle and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Didn’t Fit My Setup"
I ordered this thinking it was going to work with my setup, but once I got into the job, it just didn’t line up the way it was supposed to. Had to stop everything and grab a different tool instead, which was frustrating. Maybe I picked the wrong version, I don’t know. But wow, in that moment I was absolutely ready to launch it into the sun. The compatibility details definitely could’ve been clearer

"Limited selection, and I don’t really trust it now"
I went in looking for a few specific tools, but the selection was way more limited than I expected. A couple of categories barely had anything to choose from, so I ended up leaving without buying a single thing. If you just need basic stuff, maybe it’s fine, but it was disappointing for me. It also kind of made me lose trust that they’ll have what I need next time, so I’m not sure I’d bother going back

"Customer service was honestly frustrating"
I tried reaching out for help and the replies took forever, and even when they finally got back to me, I still didn’t get any real answer. It really felt like nobody cared or wanted to actually fix the issue. I kept thinking, how is this okay for customer service?

"Description didn’t match at all"
What I got really wasn’t how it was described. I had to keep explaining the same issue over and over, which got frustrating, because it should’ve been obvious from the start that the listing was way off.

"Not worth the price"
I feel like I paid way too much for what are basically average tools. The most frustrating part was getting inconsistent answers depending on who I asked or where I looked, which made the whole experience even more annoying. For the price, I expected a lot better
